End-User License Agreement

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using the AZ Accounting Platform, you agree to these terms. You may use the platform only when AZ Accounting Services LLC has expressly authorized you and only for legitimate firm work. If you are not authorized or do not agree, do not use the platform.

Limited license

AZ Accounting Services LLC grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the platform for approved internal accounting workflows. No ownership interest is transferred. Access may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

User responsibilities

• Use only your assigned identity and protect all authentication methods.
• Access only clients and QuickBooks companies needed for authorized work.
• Verify the displayed company identity before running or delivering reports.
• Review generated reports for accuracy and professional appropriateness before relying on or distributing them.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect company connections, or security incidents.

Prohibited use

You may not share access, bypass security or authorization controls, connect a company without permission, use data for an unrelated purpose, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, extract data in bulk outside an approved workflow, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Reports and professional review

The platform assists with report preparation using information available from connected systems. Generated outputs do not replace professional review, source-record verification, or the firm's responsibility for accounting, tax, legal, or financial judgments. Users must resolve discrepancies before delivering or relying on an output.

Third-party services

Microsoft, Intuit QuickBooks, hosting, and other service providers operate under their own terms and may affect availability or functionality. Authorization to use this platform does not expand a user's rights in any third-party service or client company.

Availability and termination

The platform may be modified, suspended, or unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, or operational reasons. Access ends when authorization is revoked, employment or engagement ends, or these terms are violated. Duties concerning confidential information and proper data use continue after access ends.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The platform is provided for authorized internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those expressly approved by AZ Accounting Services LLC. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and following firm procedures. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
